We have several counsellors specialising in porn and sex addiction counselling. Each counsellor is trained to a postgraduate degree level with specialised training in sexually compulsive behaviours.
Using the BioPsychoSocial Model of Addiction our sex and porn addiction counsellors work to eliminate unwanted sexual behaviours, address underlying issues and will help you create a plan for addiction recovery.
We do not believe in shaming or passing judgment and use a compassion-based approach to recovery. If you need help with porn addiction or sexually compulsive behaviours, please get in touch.
We are also able to offer a full therapeutic disclosure service for couples.
Having sex and porn addiction counselling for the first time can be daunting and it is natural to feel a bit apprehensive.
Your counsellor will be happy to chat with you further about what to expect in sessions.
Sessions are 50 miinutes long unless otherwise specified by your counsellor. They do not need to be at the same time every week and can be taken face to face or online.
Face to face sessions are carried out at both our Henley-on-Thames and Buckhurst Hill clinics. Both clinics run support groups for clients in addition to counselling
Individual Counselling sessions for sex and porn addiction are £80. Extended sessions will be charged accordingly. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place.
We have both male and female counsellors available for you to work with. The most important thing for us is that you are matched with the right therapist for you. So please talk to us about your requirements.
If you have serious concerns about your addiction and have crossed the line please get in touch. In addition to porn and sex addiction counselling, we have StopSo trained counsellors who can help.
